Meet the team

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority are responsible for the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Careers Hub which has been funded by the Careers and Enterprise Company.

Growth Works with Skills, supported by Form the Future have a team of Enterprise Coordinators who work with:

Laura Guymer - Strategic Careers Hub Lead.

Responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Careers Hub, ensuring linkages to all regional stakeholders and bodies.

Steve Walker - Operational Hub Lead

Responsible for the delivery of the Careers Hub and the provision of support within the FE estate in the region.

Alvina Morey - Senior Enterprise Coordinator

Responsible for the support of the wider Enterprise Coordinator Team, schools in Fenland, SEND schools in East Cambridgeshire and our SEND community of practice.

Our Enterprise Coordinators sits at the heart of the Careers Hub, helping schools and colleges to improve their careers and enterprise programmes and to engage with the world of work.

Our team of Enterprise Coordinators make it easier for employers to engage with schools and colleges, support Careers Leaders with their careers programmes and offer key insights and intelligence about the local area and careers education.
