The skills health check is a set of quizzes and activities provided by the National Careers Service designed to help you explore your skills, interests and motivations.

The midlife MOT is free and impartial online support to encourage people in their 40s, 50, 60s and beyond to make more active planning in the key areas of work, wellbeing and money. It is aimed at both individuals and employers and can help you to make choices that will ensure the future retirement you want.
